First Lady of Nigeria, Mrs Aisha Buhari has organised a tournament for African Women's team Consisting of Six Nations.

The Tournament known as the Aisha Buhari Cup would be taking place in Nigeria and here are valuable information you need to know.
1. The Aisha Buhari Cup 2021 is the Maiden Edition, Meaning it is the First Ever. 

2. The tournament theme is "Playing for Good"

3. The Competition Kicks off on the 13th of September 2021 and would end on the 21st September, 2021.

4. Six teams would be competing in the Tournament and they are Nigeria, Morrocco, Mali, Cameroon, Ghana and South Africa.

5. The tournament would be taking place in Lagos.

6. 2 Stadiums have been assigned for the Tournament and They are the Agege Stadium known as the Soccer Temple and the Onikan Stadium, Both in Lagos. 
7. The Competition only has two groups (A & B). Nigeria, Morrocco and Mali have been drawn in group A while Cameroun, Ghana and South Africa have been drawn in Group B. 
8. There are Only 10 Matches to be played. After the group stage, straight to the Semi Finals, afterwhich the FINAL. 3rd Place  game would be taking place Also.

9. There would be live Coverage of the Games on Nigerian Television, NTA. 

10. Fans would be granted access to the Stadium to Cheer up the Girls.

11. Host Nation, Nigeria takes on Morrocco in the Opening game of the Tournament on September 13th, 2021 at the Mobolaji Johnson Stadium, Onikan by 4pm.Checkout other Fixtures here
