Captain of the Nigerian Super Falcons team, Asisat Oshoala has taken to Social Media to announce the arrival of her 2019 CAF Women's African Player of the Year Award.

The FC Barcelona striker was named the 2019 African Women's Player of the Year, beating Cameroonian Ajara Nchout and South African Thembi Kgatlana to the prestigious Award.

Asisat Oshoala had an impressive 2019 Worthy of winning the CAF Award. 

She has now Won the Award a record of 4 Times which ties her together with Legendary Nigerian Super Falcons Player, Perpetua Nkwocha who has same amount of the CAF Award won. 


While announcing the Receival of the award, Oshoala took to her Instagram handle with the caption: "Finally Met her after over a year" 
Her post on Instagram got a lot of reactions from fans and several Footballers who took turns to congratulate her.
