According to Reports, the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (PIF) Holds 80% while Part owners Amanda Staveley and the Reuben Brothers own 10% Stakes each.
Ever since the Completion of the Multi-million Dollar acquisition of the club, Newscastle United have become the talk of the Town with Series of Transfer Speculations linking the Club with several top Player.
Newscastle United is Expected to have a very Busy January window as the Club would be looking at recruiting more Quality Players.
Amanda Staveley had earlier confirmed that Newcastle United would be Going all out to get Quality players during the Transfer Window.

"Of course, it's not been my focus but I've noticed it happened. I didn't think it was going to go through but now it has and it is going to change the picture.
"I don't know the plans of the new owners, I can't say if they're going to spend loads of money or what they're going to do. It's a fantastic football club with traditions, I enjoyed that spell when Newcastle were up there [in the 90s].
"Short-term, it's not going to change but, long-term, it's gonna be interesting to watch and it has been the talk of football the last two weeks and if they can do that with the results, that's what they want"
"But as I said, it's not my focus. I don't want to join in that political discussion."
