As things Stands stands now, Newcastle United are set to become the Richest Club in the World after a takeover by Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (PIF) Worth £300m was completed this week. 

The Club Via it's Official Social Media Page  on Thursday confirmed that they have been acquired by the Organization.

The club wrote: 

An investment group led by the Public Investment Fund, and also comprising PCP Capital Partners and RB Sports & Media, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Newcastle United Limited and Newcastle United Football Club Limited from St. James Holdings Limited." 
According to Reports, the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (PIF) Holds 80% while Part owners Amanda Staveley and the Reuben Brothers own 10% Stakes each.

Newcastle United would certainly be looking at Strengthening their Team in all aspects and definitely would be willing to spend Heavily to get some more Quality Players. Burnley's James Tarkwoski is Reportedly set to Become the First signing for Newcastle under the New administration. The 28 Years old Defender could well be on his Way to St. James Park in January.

An Excerpt from De Telegraph Stated that:

"Tarkowski’s name featured heavily in the preliminary discussions among the football advisors at St James’ Park, who are helping the public face of the new board, Amanda Staveley, draw up a plan to present to the club’s Saudi Arabian owners ahead of the January transfer window."
