Ivorian Striker, Sebastien Haller has issued out a perfect Response After being quizzed by a Journalist on the Possibility of him attending the AFCON In January.

Sebastien Haller who is in red hot form with his Dutch side, Ajax was included Ivory coast 28 man list to Partake in the African Cup of Nations starting on the 9th of January, 2022.

While his Dutch team may be Counting their losses in the few weeks the player would be away with the National team, Haller himself is solely Determined to be on the Flight with his National team to the AFCON, although he wishes he could help out in his Club's January Fixtures but at this point he is only Concerned about Participating in the AFCON.

When Quizzed on his participation at the Tournament, Haller with a straightforward answer made it clear that he would be participating at the AFCON while also Condemning the intent or Purpose of the question.

“This statement shows the disrespect for Africa," Haller told De Telegraaf when asked if he would rather remain in the Netherlands in January.

"Would this ever have been presented to a European player towards a European Championship?

"Of course I will go to the Africa Cup to represent Ivory Coast. That is the highest honour. And of course I would have liked to have taken the plane in between to be able to play against FC Utrecht and PSV, but that is simply impossible.

Sebastien Haller so far this season has Scored 22 goals in 24 Appearances across all Competitions with 10 of his Goals coming in the Champions League which Currently makes him the Tournament's Top Goalscorer.
