The International Football Federation of Football History and Statistics, IFFHS Has Released the European team of the year comprising of only the best Players from Europe.

Europe in 2021 has witnessed several Footballing tournament including the UEFA Nations League, won by France, the EURO 2020 Won by Italy, the UEFA Champions League won by Chelsea, the UEFA Europa League won by Villareal and not Forgetting the UEFA Super Cup won by Chelsea.

The Aforementioned tournaments had a large number of European players in participation and some of them were at Their very Best in taking their team far in the tournament or even delivering the Title.

For European players, Robert Lewandowski, Jorginho and Kylian Mbappe all received individual Accolades. The Polish striker who narrowly missed out on the Ballon D'or, won himself the Striker of the Year award at the Ballon D'or Award Presentation Ceremony while also boasting of the Diego Maradona Award and the Tiktok Fans' Player of the Year at the 2021 Globe Soccer Awards Ceremony held in Dubai.

Jorginho, a Champions League, Super Cup and Euro 2020 winner was awarded with the European Player of the Year award while Kylian Mbappe got himself The Men's Best player of the Year at the Globe Soccer Award.

The IFFHS UEFA Team of the Year has Italy with the Highest representative (4).
