Spanish Laliga Giants FC Barcelona have reportedly reached an agreement in principle for the signing of Uruguayan striker, Edison Cavani.

Cavani is set to be on the move after dropping in the pecking order of United's Attacking Option since the Arrival of Portuguese Super star Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Player has only Managed one goal in 8 Appearances across all Competitions this season.

Report from Sport.es claims that there's an agreement between FC Barcelona and Edison Cavani to sign the striker for a season and half. The report further Stated that Edison is willing to lower his salary for the first six months and recover salary in the Following Season.

"Cavani is willing to receive a very low card during the first six months of the contract to recover salary during the next season. Only in this way could Barça avoid the famous salary limit before a January in which, for now, the exits remain stranded" - An excerpt from the Source states.

For Now, the transfer remains Pending as there is yet to be an Agreement between FC Barcelona and Manchester United
The English Club hasn't Shown signs of letting the Player go as his Contract at Old Trafford expires in June. 

FC Barcelona may be having a double swoop from Manchester United in January as they are also reportedly in the race to sign England Star, Marcus Rashford.
