Ralf Rangnick reduces hopes of a league Title this season as he admits it would be Unrealistic to Contend with other EPL top Managers Immediately, Reveals his Major Focus at the moment.

Manchester United's Newly appointed Interim Head Coach, Ralf Rangnick has reacted to the Unrealistic expectations surrounding his appointments ahead of Crucial Remaining Months of the Season.

Ralf Rangnick's appointment as United's coach comes after the Long overdue Sacking of Ole Gunnar Solskjær who started off the Season Poorly. Manchester United filled up the space Left by Solskjær by Temporarily appointing Michael Carrick as Caretaker Coach. 

Under Carrick, United Played 3 games, recording 2 wins against Villareal and Arsenal and a draw against Chelsea.

The Appointment of Highly Rated Manager, Ralf Rangnick has attracted a lot of Expectations from fans and Football Pundits who are expecting an Immediate turn around of situations for the team. 

Rangnick is well known for his High pressing style of football which led to the invention of a Tactical Masterpiece known as "Gengen-pressing".

Ahead of his First Game against Crystal Palace on Sunday, Ralf Rangnick took time to reflect of Manchester United's previous results before his takeover while making it clear that Contending with Other Top Coaches in the league at the Moment is Unrealistic as much work still needs to be done on the team.  

“I am more than optimistic, but I also have to be realistic,” he said (Via Mirror Football)

“Five weeks ago, our team lost 5-0 against Liverpool - and it could have been a lot more if we are honest.

“Against City it was 2-0 - but it could also have been more.

“It was important to win the point at Chelsea but the performance? I don’t know. They had 24 shots on goal and we had three.

“So right now, to say I will challenge the top Premier League managers in the next few weeks or months, is not realistic.

“Right now my focus is on Crystal Palace and then on Young Boys, then Norwich, then Brighton and then Brentford.

“The games against Chelsea, Liverpool and Man City will be in March and April - and that’s when I will answer the question about challenging them.”
