President of the Argentine Football Association (AFA), Claudio Tapia has Announced that Retired Striker, Sergio Aguero would be honoured with a Top scorer's Award being Named after him.

Sergio Aguero recently Announced his retirement from Football following a pressing heart problem. The Argentine Took the decision after an advice From his doctors which unfortunately seems to be the best Option for the former Manchester City man.

In honour of the 33 Years old, the Governing Body of Argentine Football under the leadership of president Claudio Tapia has Announced that the prestigious Copa Argentina Tournament which is Held annually would now have it's Top scorer's Award named after Sergio Aguero. Henceforth, the award would now be known as the "Sergio Kun Aguero Award".


“More than nice news, it is a nice tribute," 
Tapia said as quoted by El Comercio

"I want to tell you that the award for the top scorer or scorers in the Copa Argentina will bear the name of Sergio 'Kun' Agüero."

Sergio Aguero is Undoubtedly one of the Greatest Goalscorers in the History of football. The Striker enjoyed a blissful Career Which ended with winning a senior international Trophy with Argentina After several tries.
