Spanish Laliga Giant, FC Barcelona have finally Announced the return of Club Legend, Xavi Hernandez.

Xavi returns as head coach of Barcelona, having spent 17 Years as a professional Footballer with the Catalan side from 1998-2015. 

The 41 years old left Barca in 2015 to Join Qatari Stars League Side, Al-Sadd afterwhich he was made coach of the side in 2019.

Xavi enjoyed a good First taste of his managerial career with Al-Sadd, winning six Trophies for the club in Just 2 Years.

Following the Sacking of Ronald Koeman as head coach of FC Barcelona, the Blaugranas Turned their attention to Xavi to help redeem the Image of the Club and get the team back to winning ways. 

Barcelona reached an Agreement with Al-Sadd to pay off Xavi's release clause of £5m since the player was still in contract with the Qatari side.

Al-Sadd Announced yesterday via their Instagram Handle that Barcelona has paid the release clause of Xavi making the Manager available to return back to his Boyhood Club.

In the Early hours of Saturday, 6th of November, Barcelona Announced Xavi as their new manager. 

Xavi Hernandez is expected to fully take over from Interim Coach, Sergi Barjuan after the international Break when Barca takes on Espanyol at the Camp Nou.
