According to Reports, Ghanaian National team Player, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has asked to be excluded from the Black Stars AFCON Squad. 

The Ghanaian FA has announced the final list of 27 Players that would be departing the country for Côte d'Ivoire ahead of AFCON Which begins on the 13th of January. 

Reports from Ghana Web has confirmed that Leicester City's Man Abdul Issahaku has demanded that he be excluded from the Final List of players that would be Participating at the AFCON as he hopes to cement his place as a Leicester City Player.

The 19 Years old Attacker who is currently on Loan at Leicester from Sporting CP has a clause in his Contract on the Number Games that Should be Played if his Move to the Championship side is to be made Permanent. The Player has currently featured 21 times for Leicester City and needs to Feature for More 8 games to seal a Permanent move with the Foxes. 

A Tweet from Saddick Adams from Angel Broadcasting Network Reads: 

"Per his loan agreement at Leicester, there's a clause that requires Fatawu Issahaku to meet a threshold of matches to secure a permanent stay with the English side.

"The AFCON will mean he misses a good
number of games, the reason he's opted out of the Ghana squad"

Arsenal's Midfielder Thomas Partey who has suffered Injury Crises Recently wasn't Also Included in the Final List.
