Head coach of Manchester United, Ole Gunnar Solskjær has dropped his Candid Opinion on the Historic Rivalry between the Red Devils and Liverpool.

Liverpool Visits Manchester United at the Old Trafford in a Crunch EPL Encounter Which takes place later in the Day. The Clash between both teams holds a lot of Memories as it dates back to 1894 when They First meet .

Liverpool and Manchester United have officially met 201 times and the Red Devils boast of more wins (81) than their rivals, Liverpool (68). Both teams have settled for a draw on 58 Occasions. 

Ahead of the 202nd meeting between Both sides, head coach of the Red Devils,  
Ole Gunnar Solskjær believes that the Rilvary between both teams is Massive but also made it clear that Jurgen Klopp boys boasts of a Greater success in the past Four Years. 

“It’s a massive rivalry because of the history of the two clubs,” Ole Said as quoted on United's Official website

“As you say, the amount of titles and trophies these two clubs have won, and the history between us, the two cities, the football clubs, it’s a rivalry you have to embrace."

“You have to also hold your hand up and say they are a very good club and a very good team. You have to make sure you are better than them and in the last four years they’ve been tremendous and we are in truth chasing them,” added the Norwegian.
“The last four years, the results we have been behind them. Now we’ve began to take steps but the next big step is to be above them because we we’re above them last season.

“But that’s history and hopefully this season we can achieve something better.”

Manchester United Currently Sits 6th on the league table with 14 Points from 8 games. A win for Solskjær and his boys would be a huge Boost to their title Challenge. 

Liverpool Occupies 2nd Position with 18 points from 8 games and a win today will push them to second, one point behind table Toppers, Chelsea.
