PSG's Midfielder, Gini Wijnaldum has voiced out his Frustration over lack of enough playing time in his new Club. 

PSG signed The 30 Years old Midfielder from Liverpool as a free Agent during the 2021 Summer Transfer Window.

FC Barcelona were said to be in the race to sign the Midfielder and came so close to getting him but the Dutch Player Opted to play in Paris. 

This season, Gini Wijnaldum has made 11 Appearances out of a possible 12 but Most of the time, the Player is replaced in the Second half. Gini has played 502 Minute out of the 1080 minutes of football played by the French club this season which is not up to half and the player is disappointed.

“I can’t say I’m completely happy,” the Player responded when asked about his time so far at PSG while on duty with the Dutch national team this week.

“The situation is not what I wanted, but that’s football.

“I’ll have to learn to deal with that. I’m a fighter. I have to stay positive and work hard to turn it around. I have played a lot in recent years. This is something different and that takes some getting used to.”

“I was really looking forward to the new step and then this happens,” he added. “It is very difficult. It’s worrying if you don’t play. But it’s just the beginning of the season. A lot can still happen and I will stay positive.”
