Former Manchester United Shotstopper, Lee Grant has revealed how Cristiano Ronaldo's Incredible Feeding Habit is rubbing off on the rest of the Squad. 

The Last few days has Been on the return of Cristiano Ronaldo to the English Premier League after 12 Years of Departure. The Player Featured in his team's 4-1 win against Newcastle United and the Portuguese Marked his return with two well-taken Goals.


Cristiano Ronaldo is currently aged 36 but the Player is in Great Shape, looking like a Player in his Mid 20s. The Portuguese Talisman has an Incredible Body Physique Which keeps him Fit for games. Apart from His regular Visit to the Gym, Ronaldo also has an Incredible feeding Habit. It could well be recalled that during EURO 2020, the Player in a Press Conference removed bottles of Coca Cola from his table while encouraging Viewers to take more of Water. 

United's Former Goalkeeper, Lee Grant believes that Ronaldo's Mode and Pattern of Feeding is already having a Major Impact on the Players.

"To give you one instance of the impact he is having on the group, this was Friday night in the hotel." Lee Grant told talksport.

"So, as you guys will be aware, you finish your dinner and usually on a Friday night you've got some cheat stuff out. You've got some apple crumble and custard or you've got a bit of brownie and cream."


"I tell you now, not one player touched the apple crumble and custard, not one player went up for that brownie because everybody was sat down.

"One of the lads said to me, 'What has Cristiano got on his plate?' Obviously it is the cleanest, most healthy plate you can imagine."

Grant added: "I'll tell you one of his plates - he had several. One of them was quinoa, avocado and a couple of boiled eggs. This guy is in incredible shape."
