Chelsea Football Club may have been dealt with a Huge blow as reports suggest that a loan move for Atletico Madrid's Nigel Saul seems impossible due to the Demands of the Spanish Club.

Nigel Saul has appeared to be one of Chelsea's Long-term Target. The Blues are hoping to seal a loan deal for the Highly rated Midfielder before Transfer deadline but it seems Atletico Madrid would not be willing to let their star man go unless a certain Condition is met. 
According to Reports from Metro.co.uk, the Reigning Laliga Champions have requested that the Loan move for Nigel Saul must be made Permanent for £34m by next season, a demand the Blues are Likely not to accept.


Journalist Fabrizio Romano have Also confirmed that the Deal is Completely blocked as there is no greenlight from Atletico Madrid. Chelsea are convinced that the deal is definitely Going to Collapse.
Atletico Madrid are willing to let the Player go if their condition is Met. Manchester United are also interested in signing the Player.
