Leicester City football Club failed to pick up a valuable 3 points against Crystal Palace away from home in their quest to challenge for the league title as Nigerian Striker, Kelechi Iheanacho misses Penalty.

Iheanacho had the chance to put Leicester City ahead in the 18th Minute from the penalty spot but failed to convert the chance as his poor penalty was well saved by Crystal Palace Goalkeeper, Vicente Guaita who guessed right.

The home side soon went on to take the lead in the 58th Minute courtesy of Wilfred Zaha before Harvey Barnes drew the visitors Level in the 83rd Minute.

Iheanacho's Penalty miss means that Leicester City had to settle for a draw, Picking up one point.

Head coach of the foxes, Brendan Rodgers has refused to heap blames on Kelechi Iheancho for his miss.

Iheanacho was substituted in the 72nd Minute, Joining Fellow Nigerian, Wilfred Ndidi on the Bench. Ndidi was rested alongside some Leicester City's top player including Jamie Vardy. Eberechi Eze was also an Unused Substitute in the Crystal Palace Bench.
