According to a recent Study carried out by ESPN on Nigerian Bundesliga Players, Bayern Munich Prodigy, Joshua Zirkzee has been Ranked as the Best Nigerian Player in The Bundesliga.

Joshua Zirkzee and Bayern Munich were recently Crowned Champions of Germany. The German League Title was the First Senior Title for the 19 years old who featured 9 times for the Bavarians, Scoring 4 goals and setting up one other.




Zirkzee was born to Nigerian Parents in the Netherlands and has featured for the European Side across different junior levels from U-15 to U-19 but is still eligible to Feature for his Parents Nation in the Senior Category.

Still on the Study Carried out by ESPN, Super Eagles Trio of Kingsley Ehizibue (Cologne), Anthony Ujah (Union Berlin) and Jamilu Collins (Padeborn) were ranked 2nd, 5th and 6th respectively. Jamilu Collins and his team suffered relegation and would be Playing in the the lower tier of German Football Next season.




Uncapped Taiwo Awoniyi (Mainz) sits at the 7th Position. Other Nigerian Eligible Players involved in the Ranking includes Felix Udokhai ( 3rd, Augsburg), Jordan Torunarigha (4th, Hertha Berlin) , Noah Bazee (8th, Augsburg), Ademola Lookman (9th, RB Leipzig), Suleiman Abdullahi (10th, Union Berlin).

It could be recalled that Super Eagles Coach, Gernot Rohr admitted that it won't be easy getting the Aforementioned Nigerian Eligible Players for the Super Eagles
