FC Barcelona Female Football star, Asisat Oshoala has reacted to the Retirement of Cameroonian Female football star, Enganamouit who announced her retirement from football on Tuesday 9th of June. Aged 28.
The 2015, African Women Footballer of the Year took to her Instagram page to announced her sudden retirement which has left many in shock. She captioned it " End, thanks for all". Surprisingly, that same day was her Birthday.
Enganamouit has endured series of Injuries since 2016 which started with a torn ACL and has badly affected her career and game time. The forward had mutually called off her agreement with most recent club, Malaga in 2019 due to the recurring Injuries and has been without a club ever since then.

Enganamouit has received series of tribute from the Footballing world including CAF and Cameroonian Football federation.

On the other hand, Nigeria's Asisat Oshoala who is the current African women player of the Year and a former team mate of Gaelle Enganamouit at Dalian Quanjian FC thinks that her Friend might have been Misunderstood and believes that her messaged passed across was never intended to be for retirement announcement purpose.

With Oshoala's recent tweet, Enganamouit's alleged retirement has taken a new twist and many would be expecting the Cameroonian to come out and set things right. As of Now, she is believed to have retired.
