Nigerian Forward Kelechi Iheanacho was on the score sheet or his side Leicester city as the grabbes an all important victory in their quest to contend with Liverpool for the Premier league title.

Iheanacho opened the scoring for his side in the 40th Minute with a Suberb Header to place Leicester in front after a great cross from ayoze perez. Iheanacho suffered an earlier scare, picking up a knock after a challenge from West ham's goalie Fabianski which won his Leicester a penalty. Nacho would have loved to take the spot kick but needed medical attention to keep in the game. Fellow team mate Gray stepped up and missed the resulting kick, keeping the game at stalement in the minutes of the game.




Leicester lead was short lived as Norwich city grabbed an equalizer in the 45th minute through Pablo Formals.


Demarai Gray later atoned for his missed penalty, sending Leicester city ahead in the 56th Minute with a second assist from Ayoze Perez in what eventually turned out to be the winning goal.

Iheanacho continues to prove he is up to the task after being left out of the squad in city's last two games due to some suspected Fair play issues in the game against Norwich city some weeks back. His action has drawn crticism from individuals across the globe.


Iheanacho has now scored 3 goals and bagged 2 assists in 4 games for Leicester this season.
Leicester city keep their title hopes alive as they currently sit 2nd with 42 points behind league leaders Liverpool with 52 points with a game at hand against giant slayers Wolverhampton wanderer tomorrow.
